Visitor Welcome Team Member

Description

At ASA Recruitment we are seeking an outgoing individual for our client for a Visitor Welcome Team Member position. You will be the point of call for customers and ensure the welfare of all visitors.

Responsibilities

• Opening and closing of the facilities
• Ensure the health and safety of visitors/customers
• Approaching visitors/customers, providing information and good customer service
• Respond to enquires comply with call cash handling and banking procedures
• Carry out general administration tasks

Requirements

• Previous customer service experience
• Computer literate
• Experience following health and safety procedures
• Experience handling inquiries face-to-face and via phone or email

Package

• Working pattern
  • Mon, Thurs, Fri, Sat, Sun
• 1 Month contract
• Outside IR35
• On-site
