Description

Are you an experienced administrator with Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships looking for your next contract opportunity in the public sector?

ASA are currently working alongside a large-scale client who are looking to recruit a Travel and Expenses Administrator to join their team based in Edinburgh on a hybrid basis.

Key Responsibilities:
· Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure effective service delivery.
· Execute administrative processes end-to-end, supporting office projects and correspondence.
· Advise and assist Members and staff on the travel policy and the expense schemes and systems.
· Check, validate, and approve claims and invoices in accordance with service level agreements.
· Liaise with colleagues and external suppliers to maintain service standards and foster productive relationships with stakeholders to meet their needs effectively.
· Manage office enquiries efficiently and accurately, escalating issues as necessary.
· Provide training and support to travel & expenses system users, including team members.
· Support financial reconciliation processes and liaise with Finance colleagues as needed.
