Recruitment Consultant (Commercial)

Description

ASA Recruitment are entering a planned growth phase and want to add to the commercial presence in the business. As a result we are seeking self-motivated Commercial Recruitment Consultant’s to join our successful team in Edinburgh.

The role involves:

• Developing new clients over the phone as well as face to face (when we can)
• Identifying and filling vacant jobs
• Managing a pool of temporary workers
• Recruiting and screening candidates
• Arranging staff solutions to meet our client’s needs

To be successful in this role you will need to possess a talent for developing new business as well as the desire and determination to succeed and deliver a first-class service to our clients and candidates. You will also require:

• Experience of B2B Sales
• Excellent communication skills and confident dealing with people over the phone
• Motivated to achieve and exceed targets
