Do you have experience of safeguarding individual’s information and evidence?

A Document Controller is required to assist with providing support to a well-established team and to the core participant’s legal team, so that their evidence database can be used to the full potential.

In this role you will:

  • Process, catalogue and digitise incoming correspondence and evidence that will contribute towards legal analysis that will be conducted
  • Maintain an accurate record of information received by using the electronic Record and Document Management system
  • Analyse documentary evidence gathered by the organisation, which will include the handling and management of sensitive and confidential information
  • Import unprocessed source data into the evidence database
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, such as Data Protection (DP) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
  • Complete and support the maintenance of the Inquiry’s Asset Register

What you will bring to the role:

The successful Document Controller will have substantial experience of handling information which is distressing and sensitive subject matter. You will have proven experience in working autonomously and assuming responsibility for document quality standards. You will have the ability to organise and collate large amounts of information received from a variety of sources throughout this role. Our client is also looking for a candidate that is highly adaptable giving them flexibility to work across various functions.
