Your Role

Support residents with personal care, meals, and daily routines

Assist with safe moving and handling using the correct equipment

Encourage independence, dignity, and choice for each resident

Build meaningful, lasting relationships with those you care for

Keep accurate records and communicate updates to the team

Work collaboratively as part of a caring, professional care team

Who We’re Looking For

Experience in a UK care home or adult social care setting

A dependable, caring, and professional approach

Strong teamwork and communication skills

Current PVG or willingness to apply

CV covering 10 years of employment or academic history

Commitment to consistent, full time day work
