Your Role on the Team

As a Care Assistant with ASA, you will:

Provide high quality, person centred care and support

Assist individuals with personal care, medication, and daily living tasks

Encourage independence, dignity and wellbeing

Support social engagement and community connection

Be a reliable teammate for service users and colleagues alike

What Makes a Great Signing (What we are looking for)

Proven experience in a UK care home or adult social care setting. (6 Months minimum UK, Experience)

Excellent teamwork and communication skills

Current PVG or willingness to apply

A genuine passion for delivering high quality care
