Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personal care with kindness, dignity, and respect
• Support residents to move safely and confidently
• Be a friendly companion, offering emotional support
• Inspire participation in activities that bring joy and wellbeing
• Help with meals, respecting individual tastes and needs
• Keep the environment safe and comfortable
• Communicate openly with residents, families, and colleagues
• Notice, record, and share changes in residents’ health or mood

Requirements

• UK care experience
• Valid Right to Work in the UK
• CV covering 10 years’ work history
• PVG Update required through ASA
• Registration with the SSSC
• Compassionate and empathetic nature, with a genuine desire to help others
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team
• Reliable and responsible with a strong work ethic
