Your Role

• Support residents with personal care, meals, and daily routines
• Assist with safe moving and handling using appropriate equipment
• Encourage independence, dignity, and choice for every resident
• Build meaningful, lasting relationships with residents and their families
• Keep accurate records and communicate changes to the wider care team
• Work as part of a compassionate, dedicated team that values your experience

The Successful Candidates

• Proven experience in a UK care home or adult social care setting, your skills and knowledge are essential
• A caring, dependable approach with excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Current PVG or willingness to apply
• A genuine passion for delivering high quality care
