Description

Are you an experienced Business Support Administrator seeking a new challenge in the public sector? ASA is partnering with a leading public sector client in Edinburgh, and we are seeking motivated individuals with robust administrative backgrounds to join their dynamic team.

As a Business Support Administrator, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive administrative support. Your key responsibilities will include:

Records Management:

Apply naming conventions to emails and documents, filing them accurately in the organisation’s Electronic Records and Document Management system. Follow record management, retention, and destruction policies to create an accurate corporate record.

Meeting Coordination:

Book meetings and meeting rooms using Outlook.
IT Support:

Monitor and maintain stationary and office supplies in collaboration with the finance team. Oversee catering arrangements when necessary.

Travel Arrangements:

Arrange travel and overnight accommodation.
Operations Team Support:

Provide support and cover to Operations Team colleagues undertaking administrative roles.

Paper Commissioning:

Support the commissioning of papers for meetings, maintain accurate records of meeting actions, and monitor and document progress.
