Apprentice Recruitment Resourcer

Due to the success of our apprenticeship programme, ASA Recruitment have extended the number of positions we are hiring for. This is a great opportunity to work in a supportive team environment which will allow you to learn and develop your customer service skills.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Apprentice Resourcer who is organised, confident and a good communicator.

Your duties will include:

• Speaking to candidates and answering any queries
• Updating job boards with vacancies
• Pre-screening candidates
• Updating and utilising our CRM database
• Basic payroll duties
• Admin duties to support the Recruitment team

The successful apprentice will complete a Diploma in Digital Applications during the initial 12 month period. However with our robust training programme, coaching and a progression structure it will allow any self-motivated individuals to continue to forge a permanent career within Recruitment.
