ASA Recruitment are looking for an Administrator to join a friendly team within a large public sector organisation in central Edinburgh.
Responsibilities:
· Update spreadsheet, documents and other electronic files
· Distributing incoming and outgoing mail both electronically and physical copies
· Doing ad hoc administrative tasks
· Answer incoming telephone calls.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a fast paced administrative role
* Advanced organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
* Comfortable working on own initiative and as part of a team
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Experienced in the use of Microsoft
* Public sector experience would be advantageous
