ASA are currently working alongside a large-scale client in the public sector who are looking for a motivated and knowledgeable individual with a background in administration to join their team.
Key tasks of the admin officer role will include:
· Managing communications through a variety of platforms, including multiple email boxes and telephone contact.
· Diary management.
· Administering virtual events including webinars.
· Arranging meetings, organising agendas and papers.
· Minute taking at senior level meetings.
· Strong problem-solving skills and a flexible approach to learning.
· Ability to prioritise own workload and meet deadlines working minimal supervision.
Key requirement for the admin officer role:
· A HNC level in a business administrative discipline or equivalent relevant experience.
· Proven expertise in using Microsoft 365, Teams, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
· Practical experience working within an administration environment and working flexibly within in a busy team.
· Experience of minute taking.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· High level customer service skills, with a helpful, flexible attitude and an accurate eye for detail.
