Do you have minute taking experience?

ASA Recruitment are working with a large Scottish public sector funding agency to recruit an experienced Administrator. This role is suitable for candidates within travelling distance of the Edinburgh area.

If you started in this role today you would be…

  • Provide high level administrative and business support to the Corporate Office in relation to all governance and risk reporting activities
  • Provide secretariat support to Committees/Boards such as Risk Management Group and Audit and Risk Committee, planning and scheduling meetings, minute taking, organising papers, and collating meeting briefs
  • Liaising with officials across the agency and wider government to ensure follow-up and actions from requests for information, reports, and correspondence
  • Preparing, organising, and storing information in paper or digital form, maintaining accurate filling and data management systems

  • Experience of minute taking is essential
  • Proven administration experience
  • Excellent organisational skills
