Experienced in Property Management?

ASA are looking to recruit an experienced Property Manager to join a large scale public inquiry in Scotland’s Public Sector. This role is suitable for candidates based in Edinburgh.

If you started in this role today you would be…

• Inspecting the property, including the grounds and commercial areas, for damage and maintenance requirements, and reporting any findings
• Working closely with Mitie who will project manage all the work done on site
• Maintaining property records, including signed leases, official complaints and a log of income and expenses
• Creating and testing systems in regards to first aid, fire procedures and health and safety systems to ensure they remain operational
• Communicating upcoming inspections and completing relevant paperwork for inspections and maintenance work

So, what are we looking for?

• Highly experienced in property management
• Strong knowledge of property inspection procedures
• Ability to provide guidance on maintenance requirements
• Excellent knowledge of health and safety relating to office buildings
