Description

Are you an experienced Administrator looking for a new and exciting opportunity? Our client is looking for an Office Support Assistant to assist the Capital Contracts Manager is a busy working environment based in Midlothian.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors in processing interim payments using standard excel in-house software
  • Liaise with colleagues to resolve and investigate any outstanding payments
  • Process invoices
  • Work with excel to produce spreadsheets with costs or other information as directed by senior staff

Requirements:

  • Experience using Microsoft Office packages, particularly excel
  • Knowledge of processing interim payments and invoices
  • Excellent administrative abilities
  • Experience of working in a fast paced office environment
