Description
Our well known public sector client is looking for a Legal Secretary to provide an efficient Secretarial and Administrative service in a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Transcribe copy and audio typing for Solicitors’ letters, reports, court forms etc. into the appropriate format ensuring a high quality of presentation and accuracy
- Ensure all client records are kept up to date and maintained with the highest degree of confidentiality, accuracy and data compliance
- Manage all incoming and outgoing channels of communication
- Manage court diaries ensuring they are kept up to date and accessible to all within the office
- Retrieve hard and soft copy client information and produce accurate and timely management information
- Maintain the office petty cash and handle office expenditure invoices/receipts
Requirements:
- Experience of working in a legal firm
- Speed and accuracy in typing and audio typing
- Flexibility, including a willingness to travel to/work in other offices as required
- Experience of using spreadsheet, databases and/or case management systems
