Your key responsibilities will include

• Providing excellent care and support to service users.
• Ensuring high standards are always maintained.
• Assisting service users in all aspects of their care needs.
• Administering medication as instructed.
• Monitoring, responding, and reporting appropriately on the well being of the service users and able to respond in a timely manner to any concerns.
• Maintaining good communication and developing effective working relationships with other team members.
