We are looking for Support Workers that are keen to make a positive difference to vulnerable people’s lives and assist them with day to day activities from personal care to being a friendly companion.

About the Role

As a support worker you will be required to help people with daily tasks such as meal preparation, moving and handling, cleaning/laundry, administering medication, helping with finances, keeping reports up to date, assisting with personal care, all whilst encouraging independence.

Who we are looking for

ASA are looking for a compassionate Support Workers with experience of working with individuals with autism and challenging behaviour.

• You must have at least 6 months Support Work experience in the UK,
• Be educated to at least SVQ 2 level
• You must be considerate, treat each task with dignity and have a positive outlook.
