Care Assistant- Day Shifts

Description

We are currently inviting applications for the role of Care Assistants for day shifts to join our team in local authority care homes across Edinburgh. This is a fantastic opportunity for compassionate and skilled individuals who are dedicated to providing the highest level of care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Help with meal preparation and feeding, ensuring dietary needs are met.
• Support with mobility and transportation, both in the home and in the community.
• Build meaningful relationships with clients and their families, providing emotional support.
• Maintain accurate records of care provided and report changes in the client’s condition.

Requirements:

• Compassionate and empathetic, with a desire to help others.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
