Job Title: Mental Health Support Worker

Location: Edinburgh

Salary: £13.00 – 21.50

What you’ll be doing:

* Helping individuals manage their emotional wellbeing and establish healthy routines

* Promoting independence and personal development through meaningful daily activities

* Collaborating closely with health professionals and wider support networks

* Responding calmly and effectively to challenging behaviours, using de-escalation techniques when needed

What we’re looking for:

* Previous experience in mental health support. Minimum 12 months in the UK

* A current PVG membership (or willingness to join)

* Empathy, patience, and strong communication skills

* The ability to remain calm under pressure and maintain a person centred approach
