Support Workers Required Group Homes & Respite Services

Location: Cowdenbeath
Pay: From £13.64 per hour
Hours: Full-Time Available
Commitment: Minimum 3 Months

We are currently recruiting Support Workers to join established group homes and respite services in Cowdenbeath, supporting adults with learning disabilities and mental health support needs.

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about providing high-quality, person-centred support and who understand the importance of promoting independence, dignity, and inclusion.

Shift patterns available include:

Dayshifts
Backshifts
Sleepovers
Nightshifts

Working within these services, you will support individuals with all aspects of daily living, including personal care, medication, emotional support, community access, and developing independent living skills. You will play an important role in creating a safe, stable, and positive environment for the people you support.

We are looking for candidates who are:

Flexible across a variety of shifts
Committed to delivering person-centred support

Experience within learning disabilities, mental health, residential care, or respite services is desirable, however we welcome applications from individuals with the right attitude, values, and commitment to care.
