SUPPORT WORKERS WANTED – BALLINGRY

£13.85 PER HOUR | TUESDAY & THURSDAY | 8AM-8PM

ASA Recruitment is looking for reliable, energetic and compassionate Support Workers to join a specialist service in Ballingry, supporting autistic adults to live independently, stay active and enjoy the things that matter to them.

This isn’t a role where every day looks the same. You’ll be out and about, building relationships, encouraging independence and helping people get the most from their lives.

YOUR NEW ROUTINE

Tuesdays & Thursdays | 8:00am-8:00pm

We’re specifically looking for people who can commit to these two days and are looking for consistent, regular hours.

Your day could involve:

• Supporting individuals to get out into the community
• Going on walks and enjoying outdoor activities
• Supporting hobbies, interests and social activities
• Helping with appointments and everyday tasks
• Encouraging independence and life skills
• Supporting with personal care when required
• Helping individuals maintain their home and tenancy
• Building genuine, trusting relationships

THIS COULD BE THE ROLE FOR YOU IF…

You’re someone who:

• Is naturally caring and patient
• Is dependable and takes pride in their work
• Enjoys an active, hands-on role
• Is confident supporting people independently
• Can think on your feet and use your initiative
• Has previous care or support experience
• Enjoys helping others achieve their goals
• Has a full UK driving licence – essential
• Can commit to Tuesday and Thursday, 8am-8pm
