Female Support Worker – Day & Night Shifts

Location: Ballingry, Fife
Contract: Temp-to-Perm (Permanent opportunity)
Hours: 36 hours per week (day & waking night shifts available)
Pay: From £13.00 per hour (DOE)
Driving Licence: Essential

ASA Recruitment is recruiting a Female Support Worker for a well-established service in Ballingry, supporting individuals with Autism, learning disabilities, and complex needs on a 1:1 basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a stable care team, with both day and night shifts available and a clear route to a permanent role.

Due to the nature of care and client preference, this role is restricted to female applicants.

The Role:

• Deliver person-centred, high-quality support

• Promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing

• Assist with personal care and daily living tasks

• Support community access and activities

• Build positive, trusting relationships

• Record and report changes in needs

About You:

• Female Support Worker with 6+ months UK care experience

• Experience supporting Autism and complex needs

• Calm, reliable, and confident working independently

• Strong communication skills

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

• PVG membership or willingness to apply

Shifts Available:

• Long days (e.g. 08:00-20:00)

• Day/evening shifts

• Waking night shifts available

• Rotational weekends
