Day shift support worker

Description

We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated day shift support Workers to join our team. As a day shift support Worker, you will be responsible for providing personalised care and assistance to our clients during daytime and early evenings. Your primary duties will include assisting with daily activities, providing companionship, administering medications as needed, and ensuring the overall well-being and safety of our clients.

Responsibilities:
Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Provide support with mobility and transportation as required
Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs and preferences
Engage clients in meaningful activities and social interactions
Administer medications and monitor health conditions
Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other team members
Document care provided and report any changes in condition to the appropriate supervisor

Requirements:
UK experience in care giving or a related field preferred
PVG for Adults ( Update require through ASA)
Compassionate and patient demeanour towards clients
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Reliable and responsible with a strong work ethic
Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation (Desirable)
