Your key responsibilities could include:
Providing excellent care and support to service users
Ensuring high standards are always maintained
Assisting service users in all aspects of their care needs
Administering medication as required
Monitoring, responding, and reporting appropriately on the well being of the service users and able to respond in a timely manner to any concerns
Maintaining good communication and developing effective working relationships with other team members.
