ASA Recruitment are delighted to present a fantastic contract opportunity for an experienced Service Delivery Project Manager to lead a diverse digital portfolio of products across multiple projects.

Role Overview

As Service Delivery Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and delivering digital products that meet stakeholder needs. You will build strong, long-term relationships through effective communication, influence and collaboration. Working within a complex digital environment, you will ensure products and projects are aligned with strategic objectives and delivered through agile, outcome focused practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver digital products in line with stakeholder needs, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across teams.
• Apply Agile methodologies in practice, promoting iteration and continuous improvement.
• Operate within a strategic context, clearly communicating how activities contribute to organisational goals.
• Lead improvements to governance and assurance processes that support iterative and Agile delivery.
• Understand the organisational and technical environment to identify high-value priorities and support resource planning.
• Lead planning and capacity analysis to manage demand and prioritisation across multiple digital portfolios.
• Communicate the digital change strategy and implementation plan across the organisation.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights through analysis and compelling visualisations.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven leadership experience managing large-scale digital portfolios within complex organisations.
• Demonstrable success in setting portfolio standards and providing independent portfolio assurance to senior leaders.
• Strong experience shaping and influencing digital strategy in line with organisational objectives.
• Track record of developing and implementing portfolio frameworks, driving improvement and compliance with standards.
• Experience working across both Agile and Waterfall delivery models, maintaining momentum across multiple teams.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret and visualise data to support strategic decision-making.
• Experience communicating complex technical and non-technical information to senior stakeholders.
• Previous experience within Central or Local Government is highly advantageous.
• Disclosure Scotland / BPSS clearance (or willingness to apply)
