Care Assistants – Glenrothes

Location: Glenrothes
Pay Rate: £13.45 – £18.19 per hour
Hours: 20-40 hours per week

ASA Recruitment are currently recruiting compassionate and reliable Care Assistants to support residents within care home settings across the Glenrothes area.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates seeking flexible agency work with regular hours and a variety of shift patterns available each week. We are particularly interested in individuals who can commit to between 20 and 40 hours per week.

Shift Patterns Available:

• 07:30 – 15:00
• 14:30 – 22:00
• 21:45 – 07:45

The Role:

As a Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality support to residents, assisting with:

• Personal care and daily living tasks
• Moving and assisting residents safely
• Supporting nutrition and hydration
• Promoting independence and wellbeing
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Working alongside nursing and senior care staff

You will play a key role in ensuring residents receive person-centred care in a safe, respectful, and supportive environment.
