Care Assistants Required – Glenrothes
Day & Back Shifts | Weekend Work Available

Pay Rates:
£13.00 per hour (first 12 weeks)
£13.00-£17.57 per hour after 12 weeks (shift & weekend dependent)
Weekly Pay | Local Authority Care Homes

Available Shifts:
Day Shift: 07:30-15:00
Back Shift: 14:30-22:00

ASA Recruitment is currently recruiting dedicated and compassionate Care Assistants to support residents within local authority care homes across Glenrothes.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced care staff seeking regular, consistent work. We have a range of long-term placements available, offering stability and the potential to secure permanent positions for the right candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting residents with personal care and daily living activities

• Offering emotional support, reassurance, and companionship

• Promoting dignity, privacy, and independence at all times

• Working alongside permanent staff to deliver high-quality, person-centred care

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 6 months’ recent experience in a care setting

• Valid PVG (or willingness to update)

• SSSC registration, or actively working towards this

• A reliable, professional, and caring approach

No driving licence required – all services are based within Glenrothes.
