Location: Glenrothes
Flexible Hours | Work Between 7 and 40+ Hours per Week
Weekly Pay | £13.00 – £16.89 depending on shift pattern, £250 Refer-a-Friend Bonus

About the Role:
You’ll be working in residential and community settings, providing hands-on support to adults who need your help the most. Your role will include personal care, emotional support, and helping individuals lead fulfilling lives in a safe, respectful environment.

Shifts Available:

Day Shift: 07:30 – 15:00

Back Shift: 14:30 – 22:00

Night Shift: 21:45 – 07:45
Work patterns to suit your lifestyle – full-time, part-time, or occasional shifts available.

What We’re Looking For:

A kind, caring, and professional approach

Previous care experience is welcome but not essential

Willingness to complete PVG checks and training

Ability to communicate well and engage with people from diverse backgrounds
