💷 £13.45 – £18.19 per hour | Enhanced rates available

We’re looking for experienced Care Assistants who want more than just another shift pattern. We’re recruiting for services across Glenrothes where compassion, reliability, and person-centred support are at the heart of everything.

This role is about being the person residents can rely on each day – whether that’s helping someone start their morning with confidence, offering reassurance during difficult moments, or simply being there for a conversation that brightens someone’s day. The small things matter just as much as the big ones.

You’ll be working within care home environments supporting residents with daily living, personal care, mobility, mealtimes, and emotional wellbeing while helping maintain a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment for everyone in the service.

We know flexibility matters, so we offer a range of shifts including:

• Early shifts
• Back shifts
• Long days
• Waking nights
