Care Assistants Wanted – Make a Real Difference Every Day

Locations: Glenrothes, Kirkcaldy, Falkland, Leven, Anstruther & Dunfermline
Pay Rate: £13.45 – £18.19 per hour (depending on shift & experience)

Shifts Available:
We offer a mix of flexible shifts to suit your lifestyle, including:

• 07:30 – 15:00
• 14:30 – 22:00
• 21:45 – 07:45
• 08:00 – 20:00
• 20:00 – 08:00

Are you a caring, compassionate individual who wants to truly make an impact? We’re looking for dedicated Care Assistants to support residents across a range of welcoming care homes in Fife.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Providing high-quality personal care and support
• Assisting with daily routines including dressing, mobility and meals
• Building meaningful relationships with residents
• Supporting residents’ emotional wellbeing and independence
• Working as part of a friendly, supportive team

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a care home or support setting preferred
• A kind, patient and reliable nature
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for helping others
