Key Responsibilities will be to:

– Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
– Manage the end-to-end recruitment process with professionalism and efficiency
– Meet and exceed recruitment targets and KPIs

Requirements:
– Previous experience in recruitment or sales roles preferred
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Knowledge of the Aberdeen job market is advantageous
