Support Workers – Edinburgh (Multiple Locations)

Locations: Oxgangs, St John’s Hill, Leith, Tollcross, and Bruntsfield
Shifts: Days, Backs, and Nights – 24/7 rota
Pay: £12.60 per hour (rising after 12 weeks)
Nightshift: £16.80 per hour (enhanced after 12 weeks)

ASA Recruitment is looking for Support Workers to join our amazing teams across Edinburgh. You’ll be supporting adults experiencing homelessness and complex needs, providing care, understanding, and hope when it matters most.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Providing person-centred, trauma-informed support

• Building trusting, compassionate relationships

• Being a first point of contact for those seeking help

• Supporting individuals with appointments, wellbeing, and daily life

• Working with external agencies to help people move forward

What We’re Looking For

• A caring, patient, and reliable person who wants to help others

• Strong communication skills and a calm, positive attitude

• Ability to work independently and handle challenging situations

• SVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it)

• PVG and SSSC registration (or willingness to obtain)
