As Cleaning Environment Operative you will be a trusted representative of our agency, ensuring each of our care home clients, facilities are well maintained.
We are seeking a highly motivated professional to work across multiple care home settings, delivering exceptional cleaning and domestic support . This role is vital to maintaining safe, hygienic, and welcoming environments for residents, supporting both comfort and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high standards of cleaning in resident rooms, communal areas, bathrooms, and service spaces
Follow strict infection prevention and control protocols across all sites
Support care home teams by assisting with laundry, waste management, and meal service as needed
Adapt quickly to different care home environments while maintaining consistent quality
Ensure a welcoming, homely, and safe environment for residents at all times
Communicate effectively with care staff and management to report any concerns
About You
Experienced or motivated to work in cleaning/domestic roles within care settings
Flexible and able to travel between multiple care homes
Committed to delivering high standards of hygiene and safety
Professional, reliable, and able to work independently
Compassionate and respectful towards residents and care home teams
What You’ll Get in Return
