We are seeking dedicated Domestic Cleaners to support our care home partners across Edinburgh. This is more than just a cleaning role, it’s about creating a safe, comfortable, and welcoming home for residents, while bringing warmth and kindness to their daily lives.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain all resident rooms and communal areas to the highest standards, ensuring a clean, fresh, and welcoming atmosphere.
• Undertake daily cleaning duties including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitising of surfaces.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and COSHH regulations to ensure a safe environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, always demonstrating kindness, discretion, and respect towards residents.

About You
We are looking for reliable and compassionate individuals with a genuine commitment to supporting others. The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience in a domestic or cleaning role, ideally within a care or healthcare environment (preferred but not essential).
• A proactive approach and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a close-knit team.
• A warm and respectful manner, ensuring residents feel valued and at ease.
