Title: Domestic/ Laundry Assistant

Location: Pilton, Muirhouse, and Newhaven.

Pay Rate: £12.60 – 15

Muirhouse, and Newhaven.

We’re currently recruiting Domestic and Laundry Assistants to provide essential support across three nearby care homes in North Edinburgh. If you’re reliable, compassionate, and take pride in creating clean, safe, and welcoming environments, we’d love to hear from you!

About the Role:

Maintain high standards of cleanliness in communal areas, resident’s rooms, and laundry services

Follow infection control procedures to ensure a safe environment for residents and staff

Support the wider care team to promote dignity and comfort for all residents

Work across Pilton, Muirhouse, and Newhaven, All within close proximity

You’ll Need:

Previous cleaning or laundry experience (preferred but not essential)

A caring and respectful attitude towards older people

Flexibility to work across different sites

Ability to work well as part of a team and independently
