We are looking for a dedicated cleaners for care homes in Edinburgh.

This is far more than just cleaning it’s about making resident’s home a safe, comfortable, and happy haven.

You’ll be a friendly face and someone who takes genuine pride in the important work you do. If you love having a good natter while you work and believe in the little touches that make a house a home, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all resident rooms and common areas are cleaned to the highest standard, creating a fresh and lovely atmosphere.
• Carry out daily cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitising surfaces.
• Be a part of the team, assisting colleagues and always showing kindness and compassion to our residents.
• Adhere to all health and safety and COSHH regulations to ensure a safe environment for everyone.

The Applicant:

We are looking for a kind hearted and reliable person with a positive attitude. The ideal candidate will have:

• A warm, friendly, and patient personality A real people person
• A genuine passion for caring for others and making a difference in their day.
• Previous experience in a domestic or cleaning role is preferred, but a willing attitude and a good heart are just as important.
• The ability to work well as part of our close knit team.
• Good communication skills and a happy to help attitude.
• A right good natter is always welcome, but respect for residents peace and quiet is essential too.
