  • HR Support:
    • Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
    • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
    • Support on-boarding and off-boarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees.
    • Assist in organising training sessions and employee development programs.
    • Complete monthly reports and ad hoc analysis.
  • Office Administration:
    • Manage the day-to-day office operations, including answering phones, handling correspondence, and managing office supplies.
    • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
    • Handle general office upkeep and liaise with vendors and service providers.
    • Assist with compliance process for temporary workers and ensure CRM is kept accurate and up-to-date.
    • Support other colleagues within Admin team.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as an HR Assistant, Office Administrator, or similar role.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
