We’re currently looking for an organised and proactive HR Administrator (Talent Acquisition) to join a fast-paced public sector environment on a 3-month contract. This is a great opportunity to support a high-performing Talent Acquisition team and gain valuable experience in a people-focused function.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a first point of contact for queries from stakeholders, job candidates, and external partners (e.g., recruitment agencies)
Manage invoicing and raise purchase orders to support the team’s budgeting process
Handle end-to-end pre-employment checks and onboarding using internal HR systems
Maintain and update sensitive HR data in line with GDPR and internal policies
Contribute to ongoing HR and Talent Acquisition projects
What We’re Looking For
Essential Experience:
Previous experience in an administrative role (preferably within HR or Recruitment)
Confident in handling confidential/sensitive data responsibly
Core Competencies:
Analytical & Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage and maintain accurate data
Strong Communicator: Clear written and verbal communication with candidates and internal stakeholders
Team Player: Willing to collaborate and support colleagues across the business
Self-Starter: Takes initiative, meets deadlines, and communicates progress effectively
