Are you a detail-driven finance professional with a knack for portfolio oversight and system optimisation? Join a high-impact public sector project in Edinburgh and play a vital role in driving financial insights, improving operational tools, and supporting investment analysis at a strategic level.

Key Responsibilities
Input and manage financial data (budgets, models, management accounts) in PortF
Track outstanding data and liaise with internal teams
Assist with enhancements to financial systems and processes
Monitor and flag performance deviations across portfolio companies
Conduct analytical deep-dives with Portfolio Management Leads
Support exit and valuation analyses
Maintain data accuracy across Salesforce, SharePoint, and ensure KYC compliance

What You’ll Bring
Experience in financial analysis, budgeting, modelling, and interpreting accounts
Familiarity with PortF or other portfolio management tools, plus Salesforce/SharePoint
Strong analytical skills with a meticulous eye for detail
Ability to identify trends and support decision-making
Understanding of compliance (including KYC)
Experience in systems/process improvement within finance or investment
