We’re looking for positive, caring, and proactive female Support Workers to join our friendly team in Edinburgh. In this role, you’ll support adults with learning disabilities to live full and independent lives, while making every day brighter and more meaningful.

Please note: This is a female only role due to the personal nature of the support provided, in line with Schedule 9 Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010.

What you’ll be doing:

• Offering 1:1 support tailored to each individual
• Helping people enjoy social activities, attend appointments, and stay connected in their local community
• Encouraging independence and building confidence through kindness and reassurance
• Lone working with full guidance and support from personalised care plans

What you’ll need:

• Uk care experience
• A kind, reliable, and energetic personality
• Willingness to join the PVG Scheme
