Are you highly organised, data-savvy, and ready to make an immediate impact?

We’re looking for an Inventory Data Support Officer to play a key role in a fast-paced programme focused on improving stock accuracy and streamlining inventory processes across clinical settings.

This 12-week contract offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the Scan for Safety rollout-enhancing visibility, data quality, and supply operations in critical settings.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct stock takes within clinical areas
Collect, extract, and analyse inventory and usage data
Train staff on the use of handheld barcode scanners
Support the implementation of stock control procedures
Collaborate with clinical and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations

Essential Skills & Experience
Knowledge of inventory and stock management best practices
Experience with e-Procurement, Logistics, or Finance systems
Strong analytical skills and data handling experience
Ability to work across teams in a flexible, responsive way

Desirable Attributes
Background in inventory or materials control
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to adapt to changing priorities
Self-starter with a logical, problem-solving mindset
