ASA are working with a renowned organisation with top class venues located in multiple sites across Edinburgh such as EH16 5AY and EH9 3JU. A very lively atmosphere with the most up to date equipment on site. Catering for around 500 covers at a time.

Are you ready for a new challenge? ASA Recruitment require temporary chefs in Edinburgh to work within a busy high quality facility. You can expect a bustling environment in which you can showcase your abilities and provide visitors from across the world with delicious meals.

The ideal candidate will be dedicated and committed to their job role. Alongside this you will need a “can do” attitude being able to take on whatever may come your way in the kitchen.

Responsibilities include:
· Preparing/cooking meals.
· Maintaining stock levels and ordering where required.
· Keeping the highest levels of hygiene at all times.
· Being able to communicate strongly and efficiently.
· Monitoring, controlling and recording of kitchen temperatures.
