A proper steak pie with golden pastry. Fish and chips served hot and fresh. Gammon and egg cooked the way people look forward to. We’re looking for chefs and cooks who take real pride in classic favourites, know how to deliver hearty meals with consistency, and enjoy kitchens where good honest food is at the heart of every service.
