Your Role:

• Support residents with personal care, meals and daily routines
• Assist with safe moving and handling using appropriate equipment
• Encourage independence, dignity and choice for every resident
• Build meaningful, lasting relationships with those you care for
• Keep accurate records and communicate changes to the team
• Work as part of a compassionate, dedicated care team

Who We’re Looking For:

• Experience in a UK care home or adult social care setting
• A caring, dependable approach
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Current PVG or willingness to apply
• CV covering 10 years of Employment or academia
