Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personal care with kindness, dignity, and respect.
• Support residents to move safely and confidently.
• Be a friendly companion, offering emotional support.
• Inspire participation in activities that bring joy and wellbeing.
• Help with meals, respecting individual tastes and needs.
• Keep the environment safe and comfortable.
• Communicate openly with residents, families, and colleagues.
• Notice, record, and share changes in residents’ health or mood.

Requirements

• UK care experience
• Valid Right to Work in the UK
• CV covering 10 years’ work history
• PVG Update required through ASA
• Registration with the SSSC
• Compassionate and empathetic nature, with a genuine desire to help others
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team
• Reliable and responsible with a strong work ethic

• £13.00 per hour, rising after 12 weeks, paid weekly
