ASA Recruitment is currently recruiting Care Assistants to support residents within established care homes across the Dunfermline area. We can offer flexible shift patterns alongside the opportunity to work up to 40 hours per week, making this ideal for candidates looking for consistent agency work and excellent earning potential.

We have a variety of shifts available including:
* Early Shifts
* Back Shifts
* Long Days
* Night Shifts

This is a rewarding role where you’ll play a key part in supporting residents with dignity, compassion, and person-centred care.

Your role will involve:
* Supporting residents with personal care and daily living tasks
* Promoting independence and wellbeing
* Assisting with mobility, meals, and social interaction
* Building positive relationships with residents and care teams
* Delivering high standards of care within supportive environments

What we’re looking for:
✔ Previous care experience preferred
✔ A caring and reliable approach
✔ Good communication and teamwork skills
✔ Passion for delivering quality care
