Care Assistants

We are seeking enthusiastic Care Assistants to become part of our family. As a Care Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, ensuring they feel comfortable, valued, and well cared for.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist clients with personal care needs such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
· Support clients with mobility and ensure their safe movement.
· Monitor and report any changes in client’s health and well-being.
· Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities.
· Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for clients.
· Help with meal preparation and assist clients with eating.
· Adhere to individualised care plans tailored to each client’s specific needs.

Requirements:
UK experience in care giving or a related field preferred
PVG for Adults (Update require through ASA)
Compassionate and patient demeanour towards clients
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Reliable and responsible with a strong work ethic
Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation (Desirable)
