Hours: Flexible – 20 to 40 hours per week

ASA Recruitment is looking for experienced Care Assistants to join our growing healthcare team, supporting Local Authority care homes across Fife.

Whether you’re looking for regular hours, additional income or greater flexibility, we can offer ongoing opportunities with established care providers.

AVAILABLE SHIFTS

We have opportunities across early, late and night shifts:

• Early: 07:30 – 15:00
• Late: 14:30 – 22:00
• Night: 21:45 – 07:45

YOUR ROLE

As a Care Assistant, you’ll make a genuine difference to the lives of residents every shift.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Providing compassionate, person-centred care
• Supporting residents with personal care and daily routines
• Assisting with mobility and moving and assisting
• Supporting with meals and hydration
• Encouraging independence while maintaining dignity and respect
• Building positive relationships with residents and colleagues
• Working as part of an experienced care team

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for reliable, compassionate and experienced Care Assistants who take pride in the care they provide.

You’ll need:

• At least 6 months’ experience working in a care home or support setting
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A compassionate and professional approach
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
• A genuine passion for supporting others
• A PVG or willingness to become PVG registered
