Join Our Team of Care Assistants in Dunfermline
Location: Dunfermline
Flexible Hours – Work from 7 up to 40+ Hours Per Week
Weekly Pay | £250 Refer-a-Friend Bonus
Pay Rates: Starting at £13.00 per hour
Enhanced Rate: £16.89 per hour after 12 weeks for nights, after 8pm, and all weekend shifts

What You’ll Be Doing:

Supporting adults with personal care, mobility, meals, and daily living

Encouraging independence and providing emotional reassurance

Working within care homes or community settings

Delivering person-centred care with compassion and respect

Shift Patterns Available:

Early Shift: 07:30 – 15:00

Late Shift: 14:30 – 22:00

Night Shift: 21:45 – 07:45
Choose flexible shifts that work for you – whether you want part-time or full-time hours.

What We’re Looking For:

A caring and dependable attitude

Strong communication skills and a team-focused mindset

Experience in care is welcome, but not essential – full training is available

Willingness to complete PVG checks and essential training

What You’ll Receive:

Competitive hourly pay starting at £13.00

Increased rate of £16.89 after 12 weeks for all night shifts, post-8pm, and weekends
