CARE ASSISTANTS WANTED – DUNFERMLINE

ASA Recruitment is looking for experienced Care Assistants in Dunfermline to join our growing healthcare team.

We’re currently looking for people who can work early, late and night shifts, giving you the flexibility to choose the hours that work best for you.

And the best part? You don’t need to be a driver to apply.

SHIFT OPTIONS

Early: 07:30 – 15:00
Late: 14:30 – 22:00
Night: 21:45 – 07:45

Whether you’re an early riser, prefer afternoon and evening work, or nights suit you best, we want to hear from you.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM ASA

• £13.45 – £18.19 per hour
• Weekly pay every Friday

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

You’ll be providing high-quality, person-centred care and supporting residents with their everyday lives.

This includes:

• Providing personal care with dignity and respect
• Supporting mobility and moving and assisting
• Helping with meals, hydration and daily routines
• Encouraging independence and choice
• Building positive relationships with residents
• Working alongside the wider care team
• Maintaining a safe and supportive environment

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We want reliable, compassionate Care Assistants who take pride in the work they do.

You’ll need:

• At least 6 months’ experience in a care home or support setting
• Confidence providing personal care
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• A professional and caring approach
• Flexibility to work early, late and/or night shifts
• PVG membership or willingness to update your PVG

NO DRIVING LICENCE? NO PROBLEM.

You do not need to be a driver for this role.
