Care Assistants Required – Dunfermline Area

Location: Dunfermline
Pay Rate: £13.45 – £18.19 per hour (dependent on shift patterns & experience)

Shift Patterns Available:
We can offer a variety of shifts to fit around your availability, including:

• Early shifts
• Back shifts
• Long days
• Night shifts

Are you someone who genuinely cares about making a difference in people’s lives? We are currently recruiting Care Assistants to support residents within well-established care homes in the Dunfermline area.

Your Role Will Include:

• Delivering person-centred care with dignity and respect
• Supporting residents with daily living tasks such as personal care, meals, and mobility
• Encouraging independence and promoting wellbeing
• Building positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
• Working effectively as part of a supportive care team

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous care experience is desirable but not essential
• A caring, reliable and professional approach
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine interest in supporting vulnerable individuals
