Experienced Care Assistants – Lumphinnans

Location: Lumphinnans
Pay Rate: £13.64 – £18.19 per hour
Hours: 20-40 hours per week

ASA Recruitment is currently seeking experienced Care Assistants to support residential care services in Lumphinnans and the surrounding areas. We have a variety of shifts available, including 07:30-15:00, 14:30-22:00, and 21:45-07:45, with opportunities to work between 20 and 40 hours per week.

In this role, you’ll provide compassionate, person-centred care to residents, supporting them with personal care, mobility, daily routines, nutrition, and hydration. You’ll encourage independence wherever possible while ensuring each individual is treated with dignity and respect. Working alongside an experienced care team, you’ll follow individual care plans, maintain accurate records, and help create a safe and welcoming environment for residents.

To be considered, you’ll need previous experience working in a residential care home or similar care setting. You’ll be reliable, professional, and passionate about delivering high-quality care. Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and nights, is essential, along with strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
