CARE ASSISTANTS WANTED – METHIL

Back Shifts & Weekend Workers Needed

ASA Recruitment is expanding our healthcare team in Methil, and we are specifically looking for reliable Care Assistants who are available for back shifts and weekends.

THE ROLE

You’ll be supporting residents within care home settings, providing high-quality, person-centred care and helping people maintain their dignity, independence and quality of life.

Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:

• Providing personal care and support with daily routines
• Assisting with mobility and moving and assisting
• Supporting with meals and hydration
• Encouraging independence and choice
• Building positive relationships with residents
• Working alongside the wider care team
• Maintaining a safe, respectful and supportive environment

SHIFTS WE NEED YOU FOR

Our priority is Care Assistants available for:

Back Shifts: 14:30 – 22:00
Weekend Shifts: Various weekend hours available

The more availability you can offer, particularly at weekends, the more opportunities we can provide.

WHAT YOU’LL GET WITH ASA

• £13.45 – £18.19 per hour
• Weekly pay every Friday

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

You’ll need:

• At least 6 months’ experience working within a care home or support setting
• A caring and reliable approach
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Confidence providing personal care
• A commitment to person-centred care
• Availability for back shifts and/or weekends
• The right to work in the UK
• PVG membership or willingness to update your existing PVG
