We’re hiring Care Assistants to support a well-run care home in Methil, where your time, care, and compassion will make a genuine difference every single day.

What You’ll Do:

Help residents with personal care, meals, and movement

Offer emotional reassurance and build positive relationships

Promote independence, dignity, and respect

Be part of a supportive, skilled care team

Shifts That Suit Your Life:

Early: 07:30 – 15:00

Late: 14:30 – 22:00

Night: 21:45 – 07:45
You choose how much you work – from 7 to 40+ hours per week.

What You’ll Need:

A caring, reliable attitude and a team mindset

Confidence working with people and a passion for helping others

Previous care experience is welcome but not essential

Willing to complete a PVG and essential training

What You’ll Get:

Starting pay of £13.00 per hour

Enhanced rate of £16.89 per hour after 12 weeks (nights, post-8pm, weekends)

Weekly pay, plus holiday accrual and pension

Ongoing training, support, and potential permanent placement
