Location: Kirkcaldy
Pay: £13.64 – £18.19 per hour
Hours: Flexible – 20 to 40 hours per week

We’re looking for experienced Care Assistants to join our growing healthcare team, supporting residential care homes across Kirkcaldy. With flexible shifts, weekly pay, and consistent work available, you’ll have the freedom to build a schedule that works for you while making a real difference to the lives of vulnerable people.

Available Shifts

• Early: 07:30 – 15:00
• Late: 14:30 – 22:00
• Night: 21:45 – 07:45

Your Role

No two days are the same, but every shift gives you the chance to make a positive impact. You’ll be:

• Delivering compassionate, person-centred care
• Supporting residents with personal care and daily routines
• Assisting with mobility and moving & assisting
• Encouraging independence while maintaining dignity and respect
• Supporting residents with meals and hydration
• Working alongside experienced nurses and care teams to provide exceptional care

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking caring, dependable individuals who are committed to delivering outstanding care.

To apply, you’ll need:

• At least 6 months’ experience working in a care home or support setting
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A compassionate and professional approach
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and nights
• A genuine passion for improving the lives of others
