Experienced Care Assistants – Kirkcaldy

Location: Kirkcaldy
Pay Rate: £13.45 – £18.19 per hour
Hours: 20-40 hours per week

ASA Recruitment is currently recruiting experienced Care Assistants to support residential care services across Kirkcaldy and surrounding areas.

This is an excellent opportunity for care professionals seeking flexible agency work with regular shifts, competitive pay, and the chance to work within well-established care environments. We are particularly interested in candidates who can commit to between 20 and 40 hours per week across a range of shift patterns.

Shift Patterns Available:

• 07:30 – 15:00
• 14:30 – 22:00
• 21:45 – 07:45

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing high-quality personal care and support
• Assisting residents with mobility and daily living activities
• Supporting nutrition and hydration needs
• Promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing
• Working effectively as part of an established care team
• Maintaining accurate records and following care plans

Essential Requirements:

• Previous experience working within a care home or support setting is essential
• A caring, professional, and reliable approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and nights
• Commitment to delivering person-centred care
