Care Assistants Wanted – Kirkcaldy
Day & Back Shifts | Weekend Availability Preferred

Pay Rates:
£13.00 per hour (first 12 weeks)
£13.00-£17.57 per hour after 12 weeks (depending on shift & weekends)
Weekly Pay | Local Authority Services

Shift Times:
Day Shift: 07:30-15:00
Back Shift: 14:30-22:00

ASA Recruitment is looking to hear from caring, dependable Care Assistants to support a range of local authority care homes throughout Kirkcaldy.We have ongoing agency opportunities offering regular shifts for those seeking stability as well as flexibility. Weekend availability is highly desirable, with many services requiring consistent cover across both weekdays and weekends.

The Role:

• Deliver hands-on personal care and support

• Assist residents with meals, mobility, and daily routines

• Build positive relationships through companionship and emotional support

• Encourage independence while ensuring safety and wellbeing

• Work as part of an established care team within the service

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months’ care experience within the UK

• PVG in place (or willing to apply/update)

• SSSC registered or working towards registration

• A committed and professional approach to delivering care

All services are based locally within Kirkcaldy, with no driving licence required.
