Pay Rate: £13.00 – £16.00 per hour

Your Role

Step into a shift where every action leaves a meaningful impact.

Deliver essential personal care (Bathing, dressing, toileting) in alignment with individual care plans.

Safely support residents with mobility, transfers, and physical comfort using proper equipment.

Promote independence, dignity, and personal choice in every aspect of care.

Offer companionship, emotional support, and moments of joy.

Assist with mealtime routines and feeding, ensuring dietary needs are respected.

Encourage participation in activities that uplift and connect residents.

Maintain clean and safe environments in line with health and safety standards.

Communicate clearly with residents, families, and care teams.

Document care accurately and report any changes in wellbeing swiftly.

What You Bring

• Previous experience in UK care homes or NHS acute settings.
• Right to Work in the UK.
• A CV with a full 10-year work history.
• PVG Update (we’ll support this via ASA).
• SSSC Registration.
• A heart full of compassion and a commitment to person-centred care.
• Clear communication skills and a team-first attitude.
• Willingness to work long days, weekends, and nights as needed (Unable to accept nights only application)

What You’ll Receive

• £13.00 per hour, increasing after 12 weeks paid weekly.
