We’re looking for friendly, caring and reliable individuals to join our team in a varied and rewarding hospitality role supporting café and catering services across workplace cafeterias, community centres, day centres and sheltered housing settings.
This is a hands on role where every day is different. You may be preparing and serving fresh food and drinks in a busy workplace cafeteria during breakfast or lunch service, supporting café operations, maintaining clean and welcoming service areas or assisting clients in and care based settings.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide a warm, professional welcome to clients, visitors and customers
- Prepare and serve meals, snacks, hot drinks and refreshments in café and workplace cafeteria settings, as well as educational and care environments
- Support breakfast, lunch and refreshment services, ensuring smooth and friendly customer service
- Assist with food preparation including sandwiches, salads, snacks and light kitchen duties
- Operate coffee machines and support barista-style service where required
- Set up, replenish and clear serving counters, dining spaces and café areas
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food hygiene and health & safety throughout service
- In care settings, provide friendly mealtime support and companionship while maintaining a safe environment
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a welcoming and professional service
What We’re Looking For

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in busy environments
- Reliable, organised and adaptable approach to work
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings and weekends where required
- Previous experience in hospitality, catering, cafés, customer service, care or community support is desirable but not essential
- Barista or food service experience is welcomed
- Willingness to join the PVG (Protecting Vulnerable Groups) scheme where required
