Are you a strategic and detail-oriented Business Analyst with a passion for driving meaningful change across corporate functions? We’re seeking an experienced Interim Business Analyst to support a high-impact transformation programme within a leading public sector organisation.

This role will play a key part in reviewing, analysing, and enhancing the delivery of corporate services-ensuring operational efficiency, improved service quality, and alignment with future business needs.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Conducting in-depth research and analysis of current operations, including people, structures, processes, data, and technology.
Uncovering opportunities for service improvement and designing practical, high-value solutions that enhance corporate service delivery.
Gathering and refining business and user requirements to inform the design and delivery of improved services and processes.
Supporting the implementation of change initiatives, with a focus on tangible outcomes and measurable improvements.
Working closely with internal stakeholders to align service transformation efforts with strategic organisational priorities.
Applying business modelling, process analysis, and usability evaluation to shape efficient, user-centred solutions.
Facilitating workshops, interviews, and stakeholder sessions to gather insights, define success measures, and build consensus.

Key Skills & Experience Required:
Business Process Improvement: Proven ability to analyse, design, and implement improvements across corporate functions.
Service Design: Experience applying user-centred design to internal services to ensure efficiency, usability, and value.
Requirements Management: Strong capability in gathering, validating, and managing business and user requirements within defined scopes.
Context & Option Analysis: Skilled in assessing current challenges, identifying opportunities, and formulating evidence-based recommendations.
Stakeholder Management: Confident in engaging diverse stakeholders, managing expectations, and facilitating productive communication and decision-making.
Business Architecture: Ability to translate organisational drivers into actionable operating models and transformation plans.

Desirable Experience:
Designing and contributing to Target Operating Models or Strategic Workforce Plans
Supporting corporate services leadership with analytical insights and recommendations for transformation
Working within or alongside public sector organisations, with an understanding of their unique drivers, constraints, and priorities

This is an inside IR35 role and requires basic disclosure clearance.
