Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold dishes for both breakfast and lunch service
* Manage high-volume service efficiently while maintaining quality and presentation
* Ensure compliance with food hygiene and kitchen safety standards
* Monitor and manage stock levels; place orders when required
* Keep kitchen areas clean, tidy, and organised

Ideal Candidate:
* Proven experience as a chef, ideally across breakfast and lunch service
* Valid Food Hygiene certificate
* Reliable and flexible, with early morning and weekend availability
* Calm, organised, and able to thrive under pressure
* A real team player with strong communication skills
