Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver personalised 1:1 support tailored to individual needs
• Encourage communication, social interaction, and active engagement
• Participate in structured activities such as swimming, bowling, crafts, and discos
• Support sensory needs and manage behavioural challenges with positive approaches
• Promote routines, independence, and community inclusion

Essential Requirements:

• Experience supporting people with autism and/or learning disabilities, Minimum 1 year Uk experience
• Understanding of PBS Positive Behaviour Support and autism.
• PVG Membership (or willingness to register)
• A caring, adaptable, and energetic approach
